Terms of use

By using TripNest you agree to these terms. The app helps you plan and run group trips. It is not a booking engine, travel agency, or insurer.

Your content. You own your trip data. You grant us a limited license to process data you upload for sync, Share Packs, vault, Explore, and AI features you invoke.

AI. Model output can be wrong. Places, prices, hours, and coordinates need your review before you rely on them.

Paid features. Pro, credit packs, vault, and Trip Pass are sold via Apple In-App Purchase on iOS/Mac and via Paddle on the web. Apple’s terms apply to App Store purchases; Paddle’s buyer terms apply on web.

Acceptable use. Do not abuse sync, Explore, or AI quotas; do not upload unlawful content; do not attempt to bypass entitlements.

Disclaimer. TripNest is provided “as is.” To the extent allowed by law we disclaim warranties and limit liability for trip outcomes, third-party deep links, and AI suggestions.
